1.How did an idea for this book came to you?
The first moment that sparked my desire to write this book was during a workshop on career coaching. One of the participants asked me this all important question. “Why do students most often fail to get hired by their desired company or find suitable job placements, despite having prepared for the interview?”
2.At what age did you start writing?
I started to write at the age of 23, soon after the completion of my master’s degree in English and American literature. I would choose a particular topic and write a summary. I remained motivated to one day write a book.

4.What is the concept in ‘The Empowered Employee‘ about?
To leave the reader with an understanding on how to face complex challenges and succeed at all costs.
5.Why did you name your book as ‘The Empowered Employee‘?
The title “The Empowered Employee” was chosen to empower the reader to adopt a step-by-step approach to get their first job or even carry out a successful career shift by following powerful and smart strategies. This book focuses on the important question about the employer’s expectations from a potential employee.
6. What do you think is more important- the words used or the feelings?
A combination of both, feelings draw emotions and words interest the mind.
7.Is there a particular time of the day when you write your ideas? When?
When I began to write, I would start at the stroke of midnight and continue up until 4 A.M. Now I am able to write as effectively during the day as well.
